Development of Environmental Protection Plans (EPP)

An Environmental Protection Plans (EPP) provides an opportunity for a proponent to demonstrate that they have planned the project in such a manner that it considers and demonstrates an awareness of the environmental concerns and how the project has been designed to avoid, minimize or otherwise mitigate these concerns. The environmental protection plan provides environmental regulatory agencies with a description of environmental protection measures that the proponent will follow during construction.
